If you have any issues or concerns with an order within 90 days of purchase, email us at support@geometry.house with your order number, and we will get you taken care of right away - whether that’s shipping you a replacement, helping you with an exchange, or processing a hassle-free return. We'll even cover the return shipping cost.

How should I wash and dry my Geometry towels?
Wash Instructions
- Regular machine wash with mild detergent
- Cold or warm water
- No fabric softener
- When washing the Waffle Bath collection, please only wash with like colors
- Ideally, it is best to not wash Geometry towels with other fabric types, especially cotton. Washing Geometry towels only with other microfiber products is best.
Dry Instructions
- Dry on low heat
- Similarly to washing, it is best to only dry Geometry towels with other microfiber products. Drying Geometry towels with cotton products can cause lint to stick to the fibers of the microfiber.
- And of course, no iron.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and include all applicable customs duties and taxes. We guarantee no additional charges upon delivery. If you are charged an additional fee at delivery, please email us at support@geometry.house and we will issue you a refund to cover the fee.
How do I exchange a product?
We make it easy.
Simply get in touch with us at support@geometry.house within 90 days, tell us what you would like to return and what you would like in exchange, we'll take care of it! We'll even cover the return shipping cost. Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges to be processed.
