How do I access my membership?
Once you purchase the membership, simply login (or create an account if you don't already have one) using the email used to purchase the membership. Then all of your member benefits will be right at your fingertips!
How do I access my benefits once I've signed up?
Once you’ve signed in, your perks will automatically apply: 25% off all products, early access to collections, member-only collections, etc.
How do I get my welcome gift?
Once you purchase the membership, you will receive an email with info on how to select which members-only print you're loving and would like for your welcome gift!
How do I redeem my free seasonal gift?
$20 of store credit will automatically be applied to your account 4x a year so you can choose the seasonal Tea Towel of your choice!
Do members get free shipping?
Members get several benefits (including members-only pricing and early access to sales and collections) but unfortunately, free shipping isn't one of them.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please reach out to support@geometry.house for support. We can help ensure that your Membership does not automatically renew after your first year ends. There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $149 once a year to access all membership benefits. If you do not cancel upon the end of the first year, the cycle will automatically renew and you will be charged again.
