Studio Jeannot [zha-no] is a full-service textile design studio. We specialize in textile design solutions for home furnishings. From conception to completion, our projects encompass individual designs and full collections. We also craft small batch decorative items that combine artistic process and traditional craft methodologies. The works are thoughtfully made with intention for everyday life and comfort. Our creative philosophy is dedicated to thoughtful story-telling and well-crafted design.

The founder and principal designer of Studio Jeannot is Marteen Allen. A lifelong New Yorker, she has worked as a textile designer and consultant for textile mills and fabric houses for over a decade. Her practice combines creative chance with thoughtful planning by integrating the artist's studio with design principles. The work she has produced has appeared in magazines including Wallpaper, Architectural Digest, The World of Interiors, and Surface. Aside from her degrees in Fine and Studio Arts and Textile/Surface Design, she also pursues continuing education in painting, weaving, and ceramics.
